After the 2015 year in real estate came to a close, we were left with some astonishing record breaking numbers. In the month of December the number of sales increased 1.3% over the previous years December, and 17.6% higher than the 10 year average.
In the early weeks of 2016, we are seeing record setting low numbers for inventory in the city.
