Based on the pre-approval amount you have been qualified for, you will now be able to determine what properties are affordable in the desired neighbourhoods.
Offering on a Property
Once we have located a suitable property, it is time to put together the legal documentation referred to as "Agreement of Purchase and Sale". I will provide you with the current market statistics as to determine the right price to achieve in purchasing a certain property.

It would be nice to check all the boxes on your wish list, but sometimes when purchasing a home within your budget sacrifices may have to be made. Determine what is absolutely a must for your next property to have and together we can search out suitable properties that will offer all you need, and even some of the wants.
Closing the Transaction
Once you and the Seller have agreed on the purchase, it is time to get prepared for the big moving day. In order for the property to close and have your name transferred on to the Title of that property, you will need to hire the services of a real estate lawyer to prepare all necessary legal documentation. On the day of completion, you will be handed the keys to your new home as you begin this next exciting step in your life.
