Alton Village

Alton Village is located in the northern most residential part of Burlington, just north of Dundas Street. It is Burlington's newest sub division with most of the homes being built in 2012 onwards. Boundaries of this area are; north of Dundas Street, south of 407 highway, west of Appleby Line, east of Guelph Line.

Brant Hills

This mature community sits up on a high elevation in the North West part of Burlington, giving it beautiful lake views from certain vantage points. The homes were mostly built in the early to late 1970's offering larger, more mature lots with tree lined streets. Boundaries of this area are; North of Upper Middle Road & 407 Highway, South of Dundas Street, West of Guelph Line, East of Brant Street.

Corporate

Corporate is another one of Burlington's newer areas featuring an abundance of varying styles of homes and condominiums. This location has fantastic proximity to the highway systems and Go Train access. Boundaries of this area are; North of QEW, South of Upper Middle Road, West of Burloak Drive, East of Appleby Line.

Headon Forest

Community of family friendly neighbourhoods consisting of mostly all brick, two storey, centre hall plan homes. Built from mid 1980's to early 1990's. Lot size was still at a premium in this area, so larger backyards are more common. Located in walking distance to many great schools and shopping centres. Boundaries of this area are; North of Upper Middle Road, South of Dundas Street, West of Walker's Line, East of Guelph Line.

Millcroft

Another Burlington golf course community, Millcroft was built around a public 18 hole golf course with many of the homes backing out on the playing field. There is a good mixture of town homes, semi-detached, detached of all styles available in the community. Many of the homes will attract a senior demographic with the many bungalows and bungalofts featuring main floor master bedrooms. Boundaries of this area are; North of Upper Middle Road, South of Dundas Street, West of Appleby Line, East of Walker's Line.

Mountainside

Named for its close proximity to the Hamilton Mountain (Escarpment), Mountainside boasts an older community with smaller homes on very large lots. Attractions include a re-designed community centre with outdoor pool, and many great parks in the area. Boundaries of this area are; North of QEW, South of Upper Middle Road, West of Guelph Line, East of Brant Street.

The Orchard

A newer very family friendly community featuring some of Burlington's best schools and abundance of shopping near by. Most of the homes were build in the late 1990's and early 2000's featuring some modern amenities such as 9 foot ceilings. Boundaries of this area are; North of Upper Middle Road, South of Dundas, West of Burloak Drive, East of Appleby Line.

Palmer

Palmer is one of North Burlington's more mature neighbourhoods with houses being built during the 1970's. Offering tree lined streets and large lot sizes. This community is located in close proximity to the QEW, making it desirable for Toronto commuters. Boundaries of this area are; North of QEW, South of Upper Middle Road, West of Walker's Line, East of Guelph Line.

Tansley Woods

A small community located in North Burlington with close proximity to the QEW and GO Train services, Tansley has a very family friendly feel. Features a fantastic community centre as well as an area suited for mature living for those looking to downsize. Boundaries of this area are; North of QEW, South of Upper Middle Road, West of Appleby Line, East of Walker's Line. There are no schools located within the Tansley boundaries, but bus service is available to nearby schools.

Tyandaga

Situated in the North West area of Burlington, this golf course community features homes built in the early 1970's continuing on until the 1990's. Many of the large family homes are strategically built near ravine green space areas, offering fantastic landscapes. Boundaries of this area are; North of QEW Highway, South of Dundas Street, West of Brant Street, East of Waterdown Road.
