Aldershot

Located on the shores of Burlington Bay, Aldershot is a very mature community that once was a part of the Hamilton/Wentworth municipality. The area features Burlington's only private golf club facility and an abundance of very large and mature lots perfect for building custom homes. Boundaries of this area are; North of Burlington Bay, South of QEW, West of Brant Street, East of Highway 6.

The downtown hub of Burlington is appropriately named as the Central neighbourhood. This community is both popular for its location being right in the core of the city and the lake, and as well for the old character homes available down the mature tree lined streets. Dynes

A mature community with tree lined streets located in close proximity to the Burlington Mall and highly rated schools. Burlington's bike path runs directly through this neighbourhood, making it accessible to bike or walk to downtown's lake front Spencer Smith Park. Homes were mostly built from mid 1960's to the early 1970's. Boundaries of this area are; North of New Street, South of Fairview Street, West of Walker's Line, East of Guelph Line.

Elizabeth Gardens

Located in the South Eastern most area of Burlington, Elizabeth Gardens is a lake side community that features large mature lots with mostly modest sized family homes. Bordering with the City of Oakville has made this community very popular for commuters working in the Toronto area. Longmoor

Longmoor is another mature community in the South Burlington area featuring homes with large tree lined lots. Most of the area's homes were built from mid 1960's to early 1970's. Features great parks, schools in walking proximity, and Burlington's bike path. Pinedale

This South Burlington neighbourhood is located very close to the QEW highway and GO Train services, offering great proximity for commuters into Toronto. Homes in this area were built in two phases, one of which took place in the 1970's and then another in the early 2000's. Boundaries of this area are; North of New Street, South of QEW, West of Burloak Drive, East of Appleby Line.

One of Burlington's most desirable and mature lake side communities. Featuring very mature tree lined streets, and some of Burlington's largest lots and homes.
