Bronte

A lakeside community featuring an assortment of older homes built in the 1960's to brand new construction family style homes. The Bronte downtown sector features great shopping and restaurants, along with the Bronte Heritage Waterfront Park. West Oakville

West Oakville is a mature community offering tree lined streets with very large lots great for extensive renovation or new construction opportunities. Many of the homes here were built in the 1950' to 1960's that featured small bungalows that are being converted into larger family homes. Boundaries of this area are North of Rebecca Street, South of Speers Road, East of Third Line, West of Dorval Drive.

South West

A beautiful lake side community offering some of Oakville's most sought after communities. Tree lined streets feature over sized lots, offering great opportunities for development. Central Oakville

Often referred to as Kerr Village, this neighbourhood is in the downtown core of Oakville. Featuring an abundance of shops, restaurants and the exit point of Sixteen Mile Creek. Boundaries of this area are; North of Lake Ontario, South of QEW, East of Dorval Drive, West of Sixteen Mile Creek.

Olde Oakville

Some of Oakville's oldest monumental homes are scattered around the extremely beautiful mature, tree lined streets. With close access to the Oakville GO Train, this is a fantastic hub for commuters into Toronto. Boundaries of this area are; North of Lake Ontario, South of QEW, East of Sixteen Mile Creek, West of Chartwell Road.

Morrison

This neighbourhood features some of the largest and most desirable lots in all of Oakville. Some of Oakville's largest homes have been constructed here, with lots offering up to an acre of property space. There are many original homes still available in the area built in the 1960's - 1970's. Boundaries of this area are; North of Lake Ontario, South of QEW, East of Chartwell Road, West of Maple Grove Drive.

Ford

Named after the long standing Ford Motors Company plant to the north, this community is another lake side neighbourhood featuring very mature tree lined streets. House construction varied in this area between 1960's to the 1980's. Boundaries of this area are; North of Lake Ontario, South of Cornwall Road, East of Maple Grove Drive, West of Winston Churchill Boulevard.

Clearview

Most Easterly area of Oakville, this community boasts a mature neighbourhood with great parks and very close access to the QEW highway. This would be a very popular choice for those commuting to the Toronto area for work. Boundaries of this area are; North of Cornwall Road, South of QEW, East of Ford Drive, West of Winston Churchill Boulevard.
